I was approached to help stage this stunning 10,000 sq ft that just wasn’t selling. The most comments from potential buyers was that it was very "worn out".

My client asked me to come to evaluate and prioritize top areas.

In just six weeks we painted all three levels (30 percent of space), re-carpeted 7 rooms, hallways, staircases, de-cluttered every room, and updated 7 bathrooms.

I also brought in updated accessories for every room, which really gave everything a fresh look by drawing the eye to the new accents rather than the old worn areas. The great thing about this project was that the client got to keep the new items and take along to use in their next house.
